Is this legal? How does an online prescription work?+

Completely legal, and more common every year. You complete a health assessment online, and a provider licensed in your state reviews it. In some states, the law requires a quick phone or video visit, and we follow it. If medication is appropriate, the provider writes a real prescription, filled by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped to your door.

Are these real medications?+

Yes. Every prescription is written by a licensed provider and filled by a licensed US pharmacy. Some treatments are FDA-approved medications; others are compounded, prepared for you by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and we say so plainly on every product page.

Are your providers really in America?+

Yes. Every visit is reviewed by a US-licensed provider, licensed in the state where you live. No overseas call centers, no shortcuts.

Will my insurance company find out?+

No. Freedom RX doesn’t bill insurance, doesn’t contact insurance, and doesn’t notify anyone. You pay a fair cash price, and your medical business stays your business.

What if the provider says no?+

Then you’re refunded in full. Our providers decline visits when treatment isn’t appropriate. That’s exactly what should happen, and it’s proof there’s a real clinician on the other end.
