The whole journey, start to porch.
Seven steps from the treatment you pick to the plain box on your doorstep, in the order they actually happen. About five minutes of it is yours. The rest is a licensed provider, a licensed pharmacy, and a carrier doing their jobs.
What happens, and when.
Tap a step to open it. Every treatment follows this path; the ones that need lab work add a step in the middle.
Choose a treatment and a planDay 0, a few minutes
Every treatment page shows the plans and the published cash price, with the online visit and shipping included. Pick the plan that fits. Not sure which treatment? The concierge narrows it down in a few taps and helps you judge whether you are a good candidate, and the guides explain each condition in plain English. A licensed provider makes the final call.
Check out and pay one published priceDay 0, two minutes
You pay at checkout, before the provider reviews you. The full amount is shown before you pay, and it is the whole price: no visit fee, no shipping charge, no membership, no insurance paperwork. If a licensed provider does not approve your treatment, anything collected is refunded in full.
- Your card statement shows a discreet billing descriptor.
- HSA and FSA cards are accepted on prescription treatments.
- Lab work, where a treatment requires it, is billed separately and shown before you choose it.
Answer the health questionsDay 0, about five minutes
After checkout you complete a short online visit in the secure patient portal: your health history, the medications you take, allergies, and what you are hoping to treat. It is written to be answered from a phone at the kitchen table. The sample below shows the kind of questions to expect. Where state law requires it, the provider follows up with a quick phone or video conversation.
Lab work, where it is requiredOnly for some treatments
Testosterone therapy and the other hormone treatments cannot be prescribed responsibly without baseline blood work, and follow-up labs are required during treatment. Sermorelin may require baseline labs at your provider’s discretion. Everything else needs no labs before your visit, though your provider can ask for lab work if your history calls for it.
For testosterone you choose how to get it done, and the choice is confirmed at your visit:
- Rythm™ at-home lab kit, $99. Collected at home in minutes and shipped to a licensed lab. No clinic, no waiting room.
- Quest Diagnostics™ concierge service in your home, $174. A licensed phlebotomist comes to you to draw the panel, at a time you schedule.
- Quest Diagnostics™ local lab near you, $109. Draw the panel at a Quest Diagnostics patient service center near you.
- Use labs you already have, $0. From the last 12 months, including Total and Free Testosterone, CBC, CMP, PSA, and Estradiol. Your provider may still order additional labs if needed.
Use the labs checker below to see what your treatment needs.
A US-licensed provider reviews itUsually within an hour or two
A provider licensed in your state reads your visit, and your labs where they apply, and decides whether the treatment is appropriate for you. There are three outcomes: approved, a request for more information through the portal, or declined. Not everyone is approved. If the answer is no, you are refunded in full. Providers set the strength and the dose; nothing on this site does.
The pharmacy prepares it and ships it1 to 2 business days, then next-day air
An approved prescription goes to a licensed US pharmacy. Many of our treatments are compounded: prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy for your individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality; every treatment page says which it is. The pharmacy prepares your order in 1 to 2 business days on average, then it ships next-day air, free, in plain packaging with cold packs when needed. Nothing on the box says what is inside.
Follow-ups, refills, and stoppingOngoing
Your provider stays with you: they adjust treatment as needed, order follow-up labs where required, and answer questions through the patient portal. Refills ship on your plan’s schedule. Monthly plans renew each month and multi-month plans are billed up front, always with the amount shown before you pay.
You can stop any future renewal at any time in the portal, with no fee. Allow up to 48 hours for a cancellation to take effect before a billing date. Dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned, by pharmacy law; the returns and refunds policy has the details.
What the visit actually asks.
The online visit is not a black box. Tap through this sample to see the kind of questions a provider needs answered. It is illustrative: the real visit lives in the secure patient portal after checkout, and its questions depend on the treatment and your state.
Example questions written from the screening our providers describe on the treatment pages: health history, medications, allergies, goals, and consent. Your answers here go nowhere; the sample resets when you leave.
Three ways a review can go.
A licensed provider makes every decision from your health history and, where required, your labs. Tap an outcome to see what happens next and what it costs you.
Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Lab work that has already been performed is billed separately and is not refundable.
Does my treatment need labs?
Some treatments cannot be prescribed responsibly without blood work. Pick a treatment to see whether labs come first, what the options cost, and who arranges them.
Your provider can ask for lab work for any treatment if your health history calls for it. Lab work is billed separately from treatment and never discounted.
If you started right now.
A typical timeline from this moment, using the averages we publish across the site: provider review usually within an hour or two, pharmacy preparation in 1 to 2 business days on average, then next-day air.
Typical timing, not a promise. Provider decisions, lab work for hormone treatments, pharmacy volume, weekends, holidays and carriers all change it. Computed on your device from your clock; nothing is sent.
What gets billed, and when.
Every plan is a published cash price with the visit and shipping included. Pick a treatment and a plan to see what is charged at checkout, how it renews, and how to stop it.
The exact total is always shown at checkout before you pay. Cancel any future renewal in the patient portal, with no fee; allow up to 48 hours before a billing date. If a provider declines, anything collected is refunded in full.
