Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). The branded version, Egrifta, is FDA-approved to reduce excess abdominal fat in HIV patients with lipodystrophy. Freedom RX offers compounded tesamorelin for adult patients whose provider determines it is appropriate. It is prescribed after an online visit, prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, and available in multi-dose vials.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescribed only when a licensed provider determines treatment is appropriate for you. Individual results vary. Important Safety Information

Both are GHRH analogs. Tesamorelin is a longer, modified version with more clinical trial data behind it. Your provider will recommend one based on your history and goals.
What are the side effects?+
Injection-site reactions, joint pain, swelling in the extremities, and numbness or tingling are the most reported. Tell your provider if you have a history of cancer or diabetes.
What if I want to stop?+
There are no long-term contracts. Message your care team or email support@freedomrxhealth.com and your provider will walk you through stopping safely.
Do I need a prescription?+
Yes. Every medication on this page is prescription-only. A licensed provider reviews your online visit and decides whether it is appropriate for you. There is no charge if you are not approved.
