Terms of Use
Effective date: September 3, 2026
The short version
- Freedom RX is a platform. Independent, licensed providers make every medical decision, including whether to prescribe.
- The online visit costs you nothing. You are only charged if a licensed provider approves your treatment.
- You must be 18 or older, in a state we serve, and honest on your intake. Your safety depends on it.
- This is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
- Questions: email support@freedomrxhealth.com.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Freedom RX (“Freedom RX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of freedomrxhealth.com, our patient portal, and the services available through them (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Freedom RX is, and is not
Freedom RX is a telehealth platform. We connect you with independent, US-licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies, and we handle the technology, coordination, billing, and shipping around your care.
Freedom RX does not practice medicine or pharmacy. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All medical decisions, including whether any treatment is appropriate for you and which strength or dose to prescribe, are made solely by the licensed provider who evaluates you. All dispensing decisions are made by licensed pharmacies. The providers and pharmacies in our network are independent professionals, not our employees, and they exercise independent judgment.
References on the Site to “FDA-approved” refer to specific medications, not to the Freedom RX platform. Compounded medications prepared by licensed pharmacies are not FDA-approved, and pages for those products say so.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old, located in a US state where the Services are available, and able to form a binding contract. You may use the Services only for yourself. Creating an account for someone else, or providing someone else’s information as your own, is prohibited.
3. Consent to telehealth
By requesting a visit, you consent to receive care through telehealth: your provider will evaluate you based on the information you submit and, where state law requires, a phone or video conversation. Telehealth has benefits, like convenience and privacy, and limitations, like the absence of an in-person physical exam. Your provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and decline to treat you, in which case your visit costs you nothing. You may also be asked to complete lab work before or during treatment; treatment can be conditioned on it.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information about your health, medications, and history. Providers rely on what you tell them. Incomplete or false answers can lead to serious harm and are grounds for immediate termination of the Services.
4. Not for emergencies
The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Messages sent through the Services are not monitored continuously and are not an appropriate channel for urgent medical issues.
5. Prescriptions and medications
- Medications shown on the Site are available by prescription only, at the sole discretion of a licensed provider. Requesting a visit is not a promise of a prescription, and no one at Freedom RX can promise you one.
- Strength and dosing are selected by your provider based on your evaluation, not chosen from a menu.
- Use medications only as directed by your provider and the accompanying labeling. Read all safety information provided with your medication, and contact your provider through the portal with questions or side effects.
- Do not share, resell, or transfer prescription medications. It is dangerous and illegal.
- Information on the Site about medications is educational. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for talking to your own provider.
6. Payment and billing
- The visit is free. Your online provider visit is covered by Freedom RX. You are only charged if a licensed provider approves your treatment. If the provider declines, you pay nothing.
- Cash prices, no insurance. Prices are published plainly on the Site and are cash prices. We do not accept or bill insurance, and purchases are generally not submitted to insurance by us. You may request documentation to seek reimbursement yourself; approval is up to your insurer.
- Plans and renewals. Some treatments are billed as multi-month plans (billed upfront) or monthly plans that renew automatically until you cancel. The billing terms for your plan, including the amount billed today, are shown at checkout before you pay. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the patient portal or by emailing support@freedomrxhealth.com before your next billing date.
- Price changes. Prices may change over time. A change never applies retroactively to an amount you already paid, and renewal price changes are disclosed before they take effect.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for amounts you approve at checkout, including plan renewals until you cancel.
7. Shipping
Approved medications ship free from licensed US pharmacies in plain, discreet packaging. Delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates, not commitments; carriers, weather, and pharmacy volume can affect them. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for compliance with any storage instructions (for example, refrigeration) once your medication arrives.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because they are prescription drugs, dispensed medications cannot be returned or restocked under pharmacy law, even unopened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, contact support@freedomrxhealth.com promptly and we will work with the pharmacy to make it right. Cancelling a plan stops future renewals; it does not undo a shipment already dispensed. If a provider declines to prescribe, any amount you paid at checkout for that treatment is not charged or is refunded in full.
9. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your contact information current so providers and pharmacies can reach you about your care. Notify us immediately at support@freedomrxhealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information, medical or otherwise.
- Use the Services on behalf of, or obtain medications for, anyone other than yourself.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten providers, pharmacists, or support staff.
- Probe, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services or their security.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Providers may decline or discontinue care consistent with their professional obligations. You may stop using the Services at any time; obligations that by their nature survive (like payment for shipped orders and the disclaimers below) survive termination.
11. Intellectual property
The Site and Services, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, belong to Freedom RX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended. Do not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.
12. Third-party services
The Services link to and rely on third parties, including the patient portal, payment processors, shipping carriers, and LegitScript. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
13. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in this section limits the professional obligations of the licensed providers and pharmacies who deliver your care, or any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom RX and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Freedom RX harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or information you provide that is false or misleading.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Freedom RX is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@freedomrxhealth.com and give us 30 days to work it out informally; most issues get resolved this way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of the state in which Freedom RX is organized, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any consents you sign in the patient portal, are the entire agreement between you and Freedom RX about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
