Do I have to be approved for every medication in the bundle?+
Each medication is reviewed on its own. A licensed provider decides, one by one, whether each is appropriate for you. If one is declined, it comes off the bundle and your price is revised to the approved items before you are charged. You are never charged for a medication you were not approved for.
Is a bundle a special combination or a treatment plan?+
No. A bundle is a package price for treatments many patients ask about together. It is not a claim that the medications work better together, and it is not a treatment recommendation. Your provider chooses what to prescribe, the dose, and the monitoring.
How is the savings figure calculated?+
It is the real dollar difference between the bundle price and buying each medication on the same plan term separately at our published prices. We show the actual amount rather than a percentage. Where a bundle includes a medication at no additional charge instead of a discount, we say so plainly and show no savings figure.
Does the bundle price include lab work?+
No. Lab work is charged separately and never discounted. Bundles that include testosterone require baseline labs, either the at-home kit or labs you upload; the charge is shown before you pay.
How does renewal work?+
Monthly plans renew each month. Prepaid plans cover the stated supply and are billed once. On a 3-month plan that includes testosterone, the testosterone ships as a 10-week supply and the other medications as 3-month supplies, so your care team confirms renewal timing for each medication before anything renews.
What if I want to stop?+
There are no long-term contracts. Message your care team or email support@freedomrxhealth.com and your provider will walk you through stopping safely.
Do I need a prescription?+
Yes. Every medication on this page is prescription-only. A licensed provider reviews your online visit and decides whether it is appropriate for you. There is no charge if you are not approved.
Is this covered by insurance?+
Freedom RX is cash-pay. There is no insurance, no prior authorization, and no surprise bill. The price you see is the price you pay.
How does shipping work?+
Orders ship from a licensed US pharmacy in plain packaging with no product name on the outside. The pharmacy prepares your order in 1 to 2 business days on average, then it ships next-day air. Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold packs.
What states do you serve?+
We serve most US states. Telehealth rules vary by state, and we follow every one of them. If we cannot treat you where you live, anything collected at checkout is refunded in full.
Can I talk to a real person?+
Yes. Email support@freedomrxhealth.com and a real person answers, not a bot. You can also message your care team from your account.
